Greenwood Council Meeting
Wednesday, May 3, 2023 at 6:00pm
Council Chambers
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Hansen. Roll call- Bolf, Hinker, and Ashbeck all present. Nelson
absent. Also present Clerk/ Treasurer Kayla Schar, Attorney Bonnie Wachsmuth.
New Business:
1. Ashbeck motioned to accept the resignation from Amy Lindner from the Library Board effective
immediately and appointed Deanna Jordan to fill out the term ending December 2023. Hinker seconded
the motion. All ayes. Motion carried.
2. Ashbeck motioned to approve the equipment bids as presented from the Wisconsin Surplus site. Bolf
seconded the motion. All ayes motion carried.
3. Bolf motioned to approve the electrical repairs at George Scherer Park and Greenwood Signs North of
the City. Ashbeck seconded the motion all ayes. Motion carried.
4. Ashbeck motioned to adjourn. Bolf seconded the motion. All ayes. Motion carried.

1. Discussion and possible action accepting the resignation from Amy Lindner for the Library Board
effective immediately and appointing a new member to fill out the term ending December 2023.
2. Discussion and possible action regarding the bids for the street equipment published on the Wisconsin
Surplus website.
3. Discussion and possible action electric at George Scherer Park and Greenwood sign north side of town.
