Greenwood Council Meeting
Wednesday, June 7, 2023 at 6:00pm
Council Chambers
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Hansen. Roll call- Bolf, Hinker, Nelson, and Ashbeck all present.
Also present Clerk/ Treasurer Kayla Schar.
New Business:
1. Hinker motioned to approve the provisional license for Lacey Carlson effective until June 30, 2023. Bolf
seconded the motion. All ayes, motion carried.
2. Discussion regarding picnic rental rates. No motions made.
3. Nelson motioned to approve Amendment 1 of MSA Professional Services Agreement for CWF &
SDWL Administration. Ashbeck seconded the motion. All ayes, motion carried.
4. Hinker motioned to approve the asphalt bid from American Asphalt of Wisconsin to do the work at the
Treatment Plant Facility for $49,728. Nelson seconded the motion. All ayes, motion carried.
5. Nelson motioned to adjourn. Bolf seconded the motion. All ayes, motion carried.
