Greenwood Council Meeting Wednesday, June 5, 2024 at 6:00pm Council Chambers The meeting was called to order by Mayor Hansen. Roll call- Nelson, Hinker, Bolf and Ashbeck all present. Also present Clerk/ Treasurer Kayla Schar and Library Director Amber Brill. New Business: 1. Ashbeck motioned to pay $8,000 for the Flexible Facilities Program Application Services with MSA. With the contingency that if the grant does not get awarded, the Greenwood Area Library is to pay back the City. Hinker seconded the motion. All ayes. Motion carried. 2. Ashbeck motioned to approve the PSA agreement for the Library Renovation Plan Design Services with MSA for $5,000 paid for by the Greenwood Area Library. Nelson seconded the motion. All ayes.
