Greenwood Council Meeting
Wednesday, February 19, 2025 at 6:00pm
201 S Main St- Council Chambers
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Hansen. Roll call- Nelson, Bolf and Ashbeck all present, Hinker was absent.
Also present Clerk/ Treasurer Kayla Schar, Street Supervisor Dave Hinker, Police Chief Andrew Kohnert, Utility Director
Trent Johnson and Attorney Bonnie Wachsmuth.
New Business:
1. Ashbeck motioned to approve the reservoir inspection by Lane Tank for $4,200. Nelson seconded the motion. All
ayes. Motion carried.
2. Ashbeck motioned to approve the bills and vouchers as presented. Bolf seconded the motion. Roll call vote, all
ayes motion carried.
3. Nelson motioned to approve the minutes as written. Ashbeck seconded the motion. All ayes, motion carried.
4. Bolf motioned to adjourn. Nelson seconded the motion. All ayes, motion carried.
