Planning & Zoning Workshop Meeting Minutes
Thursday, August 3, 2023
The City of Groveland Planning and Zoning Board held a meeting on Thursday, August 3,2023. Board
Member Vice-Chair Keith Keogh called the meeting to order at 3:15 p.m. The following Board Members
were present: Keith Keogh, Robert Proper, and Kerry Lambert. City Officials present were City Attorney
Anita Geraci-Carver; Timothy Maslow, Community & Economic Development Department Director;
DeWayne Jones, Planning and Zoning Division Manager; Hannah Forbes, Planner l; and Maria Ramirez,
Recording Secretary.
Absent: Board Members Donald Tillman, Zach Decker, Dominic Cicio, Robin Hoover, Marty Proctor, and
Bill Mathias.
The Board did not have a quorum. Board Members present did not participate
DeWayne Jones reviewed the comments on Community Development Code v4 Ordinance 2Q23-20,
Adopted October 2, 2023.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourns at 5:40 p.m
