Reports City of Groveport Page 6 City Council Meeting Minutes November 10, 2014 A. Mayor - Lance Westcamp Mayor Westcamp thanked staff for getting all the legislation together for tonight's meeting. He thanked Council for such a good budget hearing on October 22nd with getting the ball rolling. The Mayor commented it was the first time the budget went so quickly in all the years he has been with Groveport. He thanked Deputy Clerk Rochelle Coleman for filling in during Clerk of Council Ruthanne Ross' vacation. He reported everything was in place for the Veteran's Day Presentation tomorrow and expected it to be a beautiful day. B. Administrator - Marsha Hall Administrator Marsha Hall had nothing to add to her submitted report. #261-2014 Administrator's Report to Council Attachments: Adm Report to Council - Nov 10 C. Director of Law - Kevin Shannon Director of Law Kevin Shannon recognized Mrs.Coleman for the excellent job she did with tonight's agenda and all the new ordinances up for first readings. F. City of Groveport Page 7 City Council Meeting Minutes November 10, 2014 H. Standing Committees Council Member Drury reported the Trees and Decorations Committee met tonight and went over the Apple Butter Day event. This Christmas season the trees in the City's pots on Main Street and at the City's entrances will have lights this year. The trees should be in place by Thanksgiving. Council Member Cleary reported the Cemetery Committee met this week. Items discussed were the 2015 meeting dates and next year's budget. Mr. Cleary has taken pictures of the Hendron Road Cemetery that will be made available upon request. IX. Other Business None X.
