C. 1st Readings None VIII. Reports A. Mayor - Lance Westcamp Mayor Lance Westcamp wanted to thank Jean Ann Hilbert, on the record, for stepping up to the plate to lead the opioid charge. The Mayor, as well as a few Council members, were present at the last meeting held last Tuesday. State Representative, Richard Brown, was City of Groveport Page 2 City Council Meeting Minutes January 28, 2019 there taking part in leading the charge. He commended Mrs. Hilbert for taking the bull by the horn and leading this community by opening their eyes and educating them on the issue of the opioid issues in the community. On behalf of himself, the Council Members and the City of Groveport, Mayor Westcamp personally and publicly thanked Jean Ann Hilbert. Mrs. Hilbert announced that there will be a Narcan Naloxone Kit training session at the Groveport Presbyterian Church at 7:00 p.m. on February 12, 2019. B.
