Hampton Electoral Board Meeting March 06, 2024 10:00 a.m., Registrar’s Office Present at start of Meeting: Rebecca, Tom, Tara, Matt Guests: Carmen, Jim, Jacqueline Meeting was called to order 1:16p.m. Meeting began with canvass from Presidential Preference Primary. Two errors were detected on the unofficial copy of results. Corrections were made. Meeting was at ease at 3:35 p.m. 3/7/24, Meeting called to order at 12:10 p.m. in Closed Session. Present: Rebecca, Tom, Tara, Matt Provisional Ballots were addressed from each precinct, where applicable. Motion was made by Tom to accept all SDR (Same Day Registrations) that were legally made. These would be confirmed (or denied) after Elect issues their report on SDRs from around the state. Seconded by Rebecca, motion passed. Motion was made by Tom to accept all ballots, made provisionally, of those who were issued Absentee Ballots, if those ballots were not returned in voting. Final decisions will not be made until the deadline for mailed-in ballots has passed. Seconded by Rebecca, motion passed. Meeting was at ease in late afternoon.  EB Meeting, March 6-11, 2024, page 2 3/11/24, Meeting called to order 3:20 p.m. Present: Rebecca, Tara, Matt, Tom Poll Book Totals: Democratic Ballots – 34, Republican – 31. However, it was discovered, by machine count, that a ballot issued and received for the Burbank Precinct was mislabeled on the provisional envelope.
