Motion was made by Mr. Brown to approve the Minutes from the March 26, 2019 meeting. Mr. Newman seconded and the motion was unanimously passed. Chair Report/Announcements: No report. Director’s Report: Mr. Spence reviewed event statistics for the months of April and May and discussed The Hanneford Circus and Tool concert. Other Business: Committee discussed progress of 50th Anniversary committees. New Business: Mr. Brown requested an update on the location of the proposed Aquatics Center.
