The following public hearing items will be considered: Joint Permit Application 2017-0623: Joint Base Langley-Eustis, 74 Neely Ave., a wetlands permit to impact approximately .31 acres of tidal wetlands for a self-mitigating living shoreline project. The application may be examined in the Development Services Center, 3rd Floor, City Hall, 22 Lincoln Street, Hampton, Virginia.
