Cherry Tree Phase 4.3 Development: Accept Planning Commission’s recommendation and take action to approve Final Subdivision & Land Development Plan for Cherry Tree - Phase 4.3 6. Public Works and Facilities a. Library: Approve a professional services contract with Buchart Horn in the amount of $ 18,090, funded in the 2021 General Fund budget, for an architectural engineering study to evaluate a potential water intrusion mitigation strategy 7.
