listing the public meetings of boards or commissions of The Borough of
Hanover for the 2021 calendar year.
ii. TAXES: Consideration of a motion to approve Resolution No. ---- levying
taxes for the year 2021
iii. BUDGET: Consideration of a motion to approve Resolution No. ---
adopting budgets for fiscal year 2021 for all Hanover Borough accounts.
iv. GENERAL INSURANCE: Consideration of a motion approving the 2021
Liability & Worker’s Compensation Insurance Coverage in the amount of
$376,064 to Selective Insurance Company.
v. FEES: Consideration of a motion to approve Resolution No. --------
revising a schedule of fees for permits, licenses and services provided by
The Borough of Hanover effective January 1, 2021; Discuss changes to:
1. Discuss changes proposed to Commercial Roll-off and Compactor
Fees, Transfer Station fees
vi. FEES – EQUIPMENT: Consideration of a motion to approve Resolution
No. -------- revising the fee schedule for services performed by various
pieces of equipment owned and operated by the Borough of Hanover
effective January 1, 2021.
vii. RESOLUTION ON COMPENSATION AND HEALTH INSURANCE
PREMIUM SHARE FOR BOROUGH OFFICIALS AND NON-UNION
EMPLOYEES: Consideration of a motion to approve Resolution No. -----
--- setting compensation and health insurance premium share for certain
Borough employees in 2021
viii. MAYOR’S SALARY ORDINANCE: Consideration of a motion to adopt
Ordinance No.-------- entitled: An ordinance amending ordinance no. 601
entitled “an ordinance fixing salaries, compensation, bonds, and certain
duties of borough officials.” (Sets mayor’s salary at $0.00 compensation
for 2021)
b. 2021 Broker of Record Fees
i. Stoudt Advisors: Approve a fee of $10,000 to act as Health Insurance
Agent
ii. C.A. Weber: Approve a fee of $25,000 as agent on general lines of
insurance
