HAYES TOWNSHIP October 30, 2023 UNAPPROVED MINUTES Supervisor Jones called the Special Meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. at the Hayes Township Hall, 2055 E. Townline Lake Road. Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Members present – Supervisor Jones, Trustee Buckley, Treasurer Rood, Trustee Teall, and Clerk Hoyt Member absent – None Motion Rood/Buckley to approve agenda. All Ayes, motion carried. Public Comment on agenda (The Hayes Township Board allows 3 minutes per person for public comment) New Business Discussion was held on the Point Broadband Fiber Holding METRO Act Application/Permit request. Motion Teall/Hoyt to authorize Supervisor Jones to contact attorney regarding the Point Broadband Fiber Holding METRO Act Application/Permit request. All Ayes, motion carried.
