HAYES TOWNSHIP April 8, 2025 UNAPPROVED MINUTES Supervisor Powell called the General Meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. at the Hayes Township Hall, 2055 E. Townline Lake Road. Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Members present – Supervisor Powell, Treasurer Cavanaugh, Trustee Buckley, Trustee McKay, Clerk Hoyt Members absent - None Motion McKay/Powell to table the items listed under new business on the agenda until the next meeting. 3 ayes, 2 nays, motion carried. Public Comment on agenda (The Hayes Township Board allows 3 minutes per person for public comment) Community Reports • County Commissioner Motion McKay/Cavanaugh to approve March 25, 2025, General Board meeting minutes. All Ayes, motion carried. Motion Cavanaugh/McKay to approve the bills to be paid. Ayes, motion carried. Public Comment – questions were taken and answered. Motion Powell/Cavanaugh to adjourn.
