CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM IS PRESENT 2. CITIZENS PARTICIPATION AND COMMENTS An opportunity for citizens to address the HCEDC Board on matters which are on the agenda or are not scheduled for consideration (non-agenda items). The Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits deliberation by the Board of any subject which is not on the posted agenda, therefore the Board will not be able to discuss or take action on items not listed on this agenda, other than to make statements of specific factual information or to recite existing policy in response to the inquiry. NOTE: In order to address the HCEDC Board during this time, or later in the meeting for any item that is scheduled on the agenda, please complete, and submit a speaker card to the Staff Secretary prior to the start of the meeting. It contained 24 acres with 12 proposed lots. 3/20/24 Civil Plans for a Mid Cities Women’s Clinic turned in for review in LeTara Commercial Development. 4/15/24 Child Day Care land use added to Caraway Planned Development 6/11/2024 Civil and Site Plans for Mid Cities Women’s Clinic have been approved. 7/10/2024 - Pre-Construction for Mid Cities Women’s Clinic has been held. 7/10/2024 – Inquires for Commercial and Industrial uses along parts of Westport Pkwy. are occurring. 8/12/2024 – Inquires for Office Employment and Industrial uses along parts of Harmon Road are occurring. 11/4/2024 – QT is finishing their final civil plans and final plat. 12/3/2024 – QT Final plat is up for final approval in December 12/3/2024 -Latera Village Commercial property is planning three additional buildings, and a site plan is being prepared for approval.
