CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM IS PRESENT 2. EXECUTIVE SESSION The Haslet Community and Economic Development Corporation reserves the right to adjourn into Executive Session during the meeting to seek legal advice from its attorney regarding any item on the posted agenda as authorized by Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code. Additionally, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, the HCEDC may adjourn into Executive Session, in accordance with the authority contained in: 2.1.
