CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM PRESENT 2. CITIZENS PARTICIPATION AND COMMENTS An opportunity for citizens to address the Board on matters which are on the agenda or are not scheduled for consideration (non-agenda items). The Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits deliberation by the Board of any subject which is not on the posted agenda, therefore the Board will not be able to discuss or take action on items not listed on this agenda, other than to make statements of specific factual information or to recite existing policy in response to the inquiry. They expressed their interest in being a part of the community environment and are passionate about sharing the benefits offered by the Fort Worth VFW 10374 with the community.
