Presentation - Chuck Fiedler presented the proposed design for the Veterans Memorial Garden renovations. Discussion was held regarding requesting a second design using different materials, from the landscape architect. Resident - Sandra Smith - 300 Gammill Street, addresses the board and spoke in favor of the design presented and expressed support for Board Member Fiedler, as he is a Veteran. 2.
