Supervisor Clavin asked everyone to remain standing for a moment of silence to honor the passing of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Supervisor Clavin noted due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and consistent with the Governor's Executive Orders, this meeting will be live streamed so that all members of the public who wish to listen and observe the meeting will be able to do so. In addition, the meeting will be recorded and transcribed.
