RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Blue Ribbon Commission Regular Meeting Minutes of November 15, 2017 NB-8 INTRODUCE NEW CITY OF HENDERSON CHIEF OF POLICE, LATESHA WATSON, TO THE BLUE RIBBON COMMISSION PUBLIC AFFAIRS AND COMMUNICATIONS Discussion Only Introduction of Chief Watson to the Blue Ribbon Commission and identify the respective roles of both the Police Chief and The Blue Ribbon Commission within the Henderson Community.
