variable frequency drives (VFDs) on the two (2) 600 HP Finished Water Pumps
with two (2) new VFD systems, the removal and replacement of the existing
fluoride feed system, the removal and replacement of the electrical building
HVAC system located at the Water Treatment Plant, installation of the fill line
double containment system, rehabilitation of the containment area, installation
of the chemical feed system, installation of site electrical (signal and power)

Consulting Services Agreement between the City of Henderson and Marnell
Properties, LLC, for a proposed site analysis and other professional services in
connection with the City's targeted marketing and potential sale of
approximately 55 acres of real property identified as APN 191-03-310-015,
generally located south of the intersection of St. Rose Parkway and Executive
Airport Drive (the “Property”), to a to-be-determined entity or entities for the
purpose of economic development, with a term of six months, providing for
compensation to Marnell equal to the greater of three percent of the sales price
of the Property, or portion thereof, or three percent of the appraised value of the
Property, which was recently determined by appraisal to be $12,100,000.00, or
portion thereof, providing that such compensation shall be due only with respect
to that portion of the property that is sold or leased during the term, and
authorizing the City Manager and City Attorney, or their respective designees, to
extend the term for up to an additional six months.

Henderson; and to approve an extension up to 180 days as determined by
council, of the moratorium on the application, licensing and operation of
recreational marijuana establishments, transportation, and the retail sale of
recreational marijuana in the city of Henderson pursuant to Ordinance No. 3386
adopted on February 7, 2017.
