All items are action items unless otherwise noted. Public comment will be taken on each agenda item as it is heard. If you desire to provide public comment on an agenda item, please complete a yellow speaker card and submit it to the City Clerk prior to the item being heard. Individuals speaking on an item will be limited to three (3) minutes and spokespersons for a group will be limited to ten (10) minutes. The Mayor/Chair reserves the right to curtail abusive, offensive, inflammatory or repetitive comments that disrupt, disturb or otherwise impede the orderly conduct of the Council meeting. In addition, any person willfully disrupting the meeting may be removed from the room by the presiding officer. See, NRS 241.030(4)(a). RECOMMENDATION: Approve Wireless Use Agreement between the City of Henderson and Mobilitie, LLC, (“Mobilitie"), allowing Mobilitie to use City streetlight poles and City right-of-way for a quarterly rental fee of $600.00, as adjusted, per licensed location. CA-11 AGREEMENT REBUILDING TOGETHER SOUTHERN NEVADA FUNDING SOURCE: COMMUNITY BLOCK DEVELOPMENT GRANT CMTS NO. 20903 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND SERVICES, NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICES For Possible Action. RECOMMENDATION: Approve Agreement between the City of Henderson and Rebuilding Together Southern Nevada, to award $300,000.00 in Community Block Development Grant (CBDG) funding to Rebuilding Together Southern Nevada to assist low to moderate income Henderson homeowners with emergency home repairs to keep current housing stock affordable for homeowners.
