Individuals speaking on an item will be limited to three (3) minutes and spokespersons for a group will be limited to ten (10) minutes. The Mayor/Chair reserves the right to curtail abusive, offensive, inflammatory or repetitive comments that disrupt, disturb or otherwise impede the orderly conduct of the Council meeting.
