$14,000,000.00; and thereafter, at a rate of $1,000,000.00 per year in the
maximum service delivery rate of 20 million gallons per day (MGD); for the
District to provide temporary water service to the City through a new connection
up to 20 MGD; and after SNWA’s future turnout is placed into operation, for the
District to only provide emergency water service up to 20 MGD to the City
through that connection, billing the City for any water usage at Southern Nevada
Water Authority’s (SNWA’s) wholesale delivery charge rate and applying the
District’s’ standard daily service charge.
