RECOMMENDATION: Approve Request to increase Budget Authority for asset forfeitures in FY2021 by $29,015.00, due to additional forfeiture funds received through federal and local investigations resulting from the seizure of property and funds. RECOMMENDATION: Approve Interlocal Agreement between the City of Henderson (City) and the Las Vegas Valley Water District (District), for the District to lease water supply capacity to the City at a rate of $1,166,667.00 per year, from 2023 to 2034, for a total of $14,000,000.00; and thereafter, at a rate of $1,000,000.00 per year in the maximum service delivery rate of 20 million gallons per day (MGD); for the District to provide temporary water service to the City through a new connection up to 20 MGD; and after SNWA’s future turnout is placed into operation, for the District to only provide emergency water service up to 20 MGD to the City through that connection, billing the City for any water usage at Southern Nevada Water Authority’s (SNWA’s) wholesale delivery charge rate and applying the District’s’ standard daily service charge. RECOMMENDATION: Accept Public Hearing to receive public comments on an amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for the Eastside Redevelopment Area to extend the termination date of the plan by 15 years, from February 7, 2036, to February 7, 2051; to amend the time limit on issuing securities or incurring indebtedness to finance the plan; and to expand the plan boundary of the Eastside Redevelopment Area by approximately 401 acres to assist in the City’s efforts toward economic recovery.
