S-3 FACILITATED DISCUSSION ON MULTIFAMILY DEVELOPMENT POLICY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND SERVICES RECOMMENDATION: For discussion only Mayor Pro Tem and Council will discuss the research and data presented under S-2 and provide feedback to staff.
