NOTICE
Notice to persons with special needs: For those requiring special assistance or
accommodation to attend or participate in this meeting, arrangements for a sign language
interpreter or services necessary for effective communication for qualified persons with
disabilities should be made as soon as possible, but no later than 72 hours before the
scheduled meeting. Listening devices are available for persons with hearing impairments.
Please contact the City Clerk's office at (702) 267-1400 or TTY: 7-1-1, at least 72 hours in
advance to request a sign language interpreter. You may also submit your request by using
Contact Henderson.
The Mayor reserves the right to hear agenda items out of order, combine two or more
agenda items for consideration, remove an item from the agenda, or delay discussion
relating to an item on the agenda at any time.
Public comment will be taken on each agenda item as it is heard. If you desire to provide
public comment on an agenda item, please complete a yellow speaker card and submit it to
the City Clerk prior to the item being heard. Individuals speaking on an item will be limited to
three (3) minutes and spokespersons for a group will be limited to ten (10) minutes.

MARKET CONDITIONS
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND SERVICES
Staff and consultants will provide a summary of the concerns raised related to
multifamily development including the location, design and variety of multifamily
development in Henderson and share relevant research and data.
S-3 FACILITATED DISCUSSION ON MULTIFAMILY DEVELOPMENT POLICY
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND SERVICES
RECOMMENDATION: For discussion only
Mayor Pro Tem and Council will discuss the research and data presented under
S-2 and provide feedback to staff. Staff will receive input and identify common
themes.

S-4 DIRECTION AND POLICY GOALS
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND SERVICES
For Possible Action.
RECOMMENDATION: Direct staff on policy goals.
Staff will present policy approaches for Council consideration and Council may
identify additional land use and development policy goals for future multifamily
development and direct staff accordingly.
