NOTICE

The Chairman reserves the right to hear agenda items out of order, combine two or more agenda

If you desire to provide Public Comment on an agenda item, please complete a blue speaker card
and submit it to the Deputy City Clerk. Individuals speaking on an item will be limited to three (3)
minutes and spokespersons for a group will be limited to ten (10) minutes at the discretion of the
Chairman. The Chairman reserves the right to curtail abusive, offensive, inflammatory or repetitive
comments that disrupt, disturb or otherwise impede the orderly conduct of the meeting. In addition,
any person willfully disrupting the meeting may be removed from the room by the presiding officer.
See NRS 241.030(4)(a). Examples of disruptive conduct include, without limitation, yelling, stamping
of feet, whistles, applause, heckling, name calling, use of profanity, personal attacks, physical

Planning Commission's recommendation on agenda items containing comprehensive plan
amendments, zone changes, master streets and highway amendments, and vacations are forwarded
to City Council for review and decision unless Planning Commission acts otherwise. All other items
will receive final action by the Planning Commission unless otherwise noted.
Appeals of final decisions by Planning Commission must be submitted to the Director of Community
Development within nine (9) calendar days of notice to the City Clerk. If the ninth day falls on a City-
observed holiday, the time is extended to the next City working day. Appeals of final decisions will be
forwarded to City Council for consideration.
