NOTICE

The Chairman reserves the right to hear agenda items out of order, combine two or more
agenda items for consideration, remove an item from the agenda, or delay discussion relating to
an item on the agenda at any time.
If you desire to provide Public Comment on an agenda item, please complete a blue speaker
card and submit it to the Minutes Clerk. Individuals speaking on an item will be limited to three
(3) minutes and spokespersons for a group will be limited to ten (10) minutes.
Planning Commission's recommendation on agenda items containing Comprehensive Plan
amendments, zone changes, master streets and highway amendments, and vacations are
forwarded to City Council for review and decision unless Planning Commission acts otherwise.
All other items will receive Final approval by the Planning Commission unless otherwise noted.
Appeals of final decisions by Planning Commission must be submitted to the Director of
Community Development within nine (9) calendar days of notice to the City Clerk. If the ninth
day falls on a City-observed holiday, the time is extended to the next City working day. Appeals
of final decisions will be forwarded to City Council for consideration.
