Individuals speaking on an item will be limited to three (3) minutes and spokespersons for a group will be limited to ten (10) minutes. Planning Commission's recommendation on agenda items containing Comprehensive Plan amendments, zone changes, master streets and highway amendments, and vacations are forwarded to City Council for review and decision unless Planning Commission acts otherwise. All other items will receive Final approval by the Planning Commission unless otherwise noted. Appeals of final decisions by Planning Commission must be submitted to the Director of Community Development within nine (9) calendar days of notice to the City Clerk.
