Public comment will be taken during the designated Public Comment period, on Consent
Agenda items that have been pulled for discussion, and on Public Hearing items using the
WebEx link provided below. There will also be a microphone set up in the City Hall lobby for
in-person comment regarding Consent Agenda items pulled for discussion, public hearing
items, and during the designated public comment period. Individuals will be limited to three (3)
minutes and spokespersons for a group will be limited to ten (10) minutes at the discretion of
the Chairman. The Chairman reserves the right to curtail abusive, offensive, inflammatory, or
repetitive comments that disrupt, disturb, or otherwise impede the orderly conduct of the

day falls on a City-observed holiday, the time is extended to the next City working day.

A) A zone change amendment to the MacDonald Highlands Master Plan to
allow single-family attached homes within the RS-4 zoning district, reduce
the minimum lot size to 2,500 square feet for attached homes and 5,000
square feet for detached homes, reduce the setbacks to 20 feet to the
garage, 10 feet front, 5 feet side (0 feet for attached), 10 feet corner and
rear, reduce minimum lot width to 40 feet for all lots, increase permissible
building height to 51 feet for detached homes, allow 10 feet separation

B) Amend a tentative map for a residential subdivision to modify the lot layout
