All other items will receive final action by the Planning Commission unless otherwise noted. Appeals of final decisions by Planning Commission must be submitted to the Director of Community Development within nine (9) calendar days of notice to the City Clerk. If the ninth day falls on a City-observed holiday, the time is extended to the next City working day. Appeals of final decisions will be forwarded to City Council for consideration.
