Planning Commission's recommendation on agenda items containing comprehensive plan

forwarded to City Council for review and decision unless Planning Commission acts
otherwise. All other items will receive final action by the Planning Commission unless

Appeals of final decisions by Planning Commission must be submitted to the Director of
Community Development within nine (9) calendar days of notice to the City Clerk. If the

agenda. Chairman and Members may comment on matters including, without
limitation, future agenda items, upcoming meeting dates, and meeting
procedures. Comments made cannot be acted upon or discussed at this
meeting, but may be placed on a future agenda for consideration by the Body.
