The Chairman reserves the right to curtail abusive, offensive, inflammatory, or repetitive comments that disrupt, disturb, or otherwise impede the orderly conduct of the meeting. Appeals of final decisions by Planning Commission must be submitted to the Director of Community Development within nine (9) calendar days of notice to the City Clerk.
