For those requiring special assistance or accommodation to participate in this meeting,

The Chair reserves the right to hear agenda items out of order, combine two or more agenda
items for consideration, remove an item from the agenda, or delay discussion relating to an item
on the agenda at any time.
Public comment will be taken on each agenda item as it is heard, with the exception of Consent
Agenda items, which will receive public comment if an item has been requested to be pulled for
comment or discussion. Public comment will also be taken during the designated Public
Comment period. Individuals will be limited to three (3) minutes and spokespersons for a group
will be limited to ten (10) minutes at the discretion of the Chair.
The Chair reserves the right to curtail abusive, offensive, inflammatory, or repetitive comments
that disrupt, disturb, or otherwise impede the orderly conduct of the meeting. See NRS
241.030(4)(a). Examples of disruptive conduct include, without limitation, yelling, stamping of
feet, whistles, applause, heckling, name calling, use of profanity, personal attacks, intimidation,
threats, or any other comments intended to impede the meeting or infringe on the rights of the
Henderson Planning Commission, City staff, or meeting participants.
The Planning Commission's recommendation on agenda items addressing comprehensive plan
amendments, zone changes, development agreements, vacations, and any other applications on
the agenda that are combined with those items, are forwarded to the City Council for review and
decision. All other items will receive final action by the Planning Commission unless otherwise
noted.
Appeals of final decisions by Planning Commission must be submitted to the Director of
Community Development and Services within nine (9) calendar days of the notice of final action
to the City Clerk. If the ninth day falls on a City-observed holiday or a City Hall non-business day,
the appeal period is extended to the next regular City working day. Appeals of final decisions will
be forwarded to City Council for consideration.

DEPARTMENT
Recognition of National Community Planning Month and the valuable
contributions of our Planning Commission, Chair Bill Bokelmann, Vice Chair
Jennifer Lewis, Commissioner Dave Beason, Commissioner Michael Brunson,
Commissioner Rebecca Grismanauskas, Commissioner Eric Humes, and
Commissioner Steve Rice, for their outstanding service in building strong,
connected and vibrant communities.

The Chair will introduce the consent agenda offering anyone present an
opportunity to remove any items for discussion or public comment. Unless an
item is pulled for discussion or public comment, the Planning Commission will
take action on all consent items with one motion, accepting staff
recommendations.

on November 6, 2024.
Amend a zone change for the Sunridge at MacDonald Ranch master plan to
allow a Tavern by right, waive the required distance separation from two
existing taverns, and to allow a Tavern in a CN (Neighborhood Commercial)
zoning district, on a portion of an 8-acre master plan located at 10940 South
Eastern Avenue, Suite 101, in the MacDonald Ranch Planning Area.

17. 2025 PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING SCHEDULE
APPLICANT: COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND SERVICES DIRECTOR, ON

RECOMMENDATION: Final approval by Planning Commission.
Planning Commission shall set and accept a Planning Commission meeting
schedule for the year 2025 in accordance with Article III, Section 1 of the
Bylaws.

but may be referred by Planning Commission to the appropriate body for follow-
up (NRS 241.020). Public Comment will be limited to three (3) minutes per
