RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Adopt the minutes from the City of Henderson Redevelopment Agency Loan committee meeting of September 23, 2014. 2 REQUEST FOR A RESIDENTIAL IMPROVEMENT GRANT BY JOHN W. STOBAUGH FOR 287 W. BASIC ROAD For Possible Action. RECOMMENDATION: Approve with conditions Approve the Residential Improvement Grant to John W. Stobaugh for Facade Painting improvements to 287 W. Basic Road in an amount not to exceed $1,275.00 subject to conditions. 3 REQUEST FOR A FACADE IMPROVEMENT GRANT BY HENDERSON POLICE OFFICERS ASSOCIATION, INC. FOR 145 PANAMA STREET For Possible Action. RECOMMENDATION: Approve with conditions Approve the Facade Improvement Grant to Henderson Police Officers Association, Inc. for improvements to 145 Panama Street in an amount not to exceed $22,500 subject to conditions.
