MINUTES
October 28, 2014
I. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Serfas called the Redevelopment Agency Loan Committee meeting
to order at 3:35 p.m. in the City Hall Annex Conference Room, City Hall Annex,
280 Water Street, Henderson, Nevada.
II. CONFIRMATION OF POSTING AND ROLL CALL
MaryAnne Cruzado, Recording Secretary, confirmed the meeting had been
noticed in accordance with the Open Meeting Law by posting the Agenda three
working days prior to the meeting at City Hall, Henderson Convention Center,
Green Valley Police Substation, and Fire Station No. 86.

III. PUBLIC COMMENT
No comments were presented by the public.
IV. ACCEPTANCE OF AGENDA
(Motion) Mr. Borsellino introduced a motion to accept the agenda as
submitted. The vote favoring approval was unanimous.
Chairman Serfas declared the motion carried.
V. NEW BUSINESS
1 MINUTES - CITY OF HENDERSON REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY LOAN
COMMITTEE MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 23, 2014
Adopt the minutes from the City of Henderson Redevelopment Agency Loan
Committee meeting of September 23, 2014.
(Motion) Mr. McGinty introduced a motion to adopt the minutes of
September 23, 2014, as submitted. The vote favoring approval
was unanimous. Chairman Serfas declared the motion carried.
2 REQUEST FOR A RESIDENTIAL IMPROVEMENT GRANT BY
JOHN W. STOBAUGH FOR 287 W. BASIC ROAD
Approve the Residential Improvement Grant to John W. Stobaugh for Facade
Painting improvements to 287 W. Basic Road in an amount not to exceed
$1,275.00, subject to conditions.
Anthony Molloy, Downtown Redevelopment Manager, gave a presentation on
the proposed item and showed renderings of the proposed improvements
including paint samples.
(Motion) Ms. Romero introduced a motion to approve the Residential
Improvement Grant to John W. Stobaugh for Facade Painting
improvements to 287 W. Basic Road in an amount not to exceed
$1,275.00, subject to conditions. The vote favoring approval was
unanimous. Chairman Serfas declared the motion carried.

3 REQUEST FOR A FACADE IMPROVEMENT GRANT BY HENDERSON
POLICE OFFICERS ASSOCIATION, INC. FOR 145 PANAMA STREET
Approve the Facade Improvement Grant to Henderson Police Officers
Association, Inc. for improvements to 145 Panama Street in an amount not to
exceed $22,500, subject to conditions.
Anthony Molloy, Downtown Redevelopment Manager, gave a presentation on
the proposed item and showed renderings of the proposed improvements
including paint and faux stone samples.
(Motion) Mr. McGinty introduced a motion to approve the Facade
Improvement Grant to Henderson Police Officers Association, Inc.
for improvements to 145 Panama Street in an amount not to
exceed $22,500 subject to conditions.The vote favoring approval
was unanimous. Chairman Serfas declared the motion carried.

There were no comments presented.
VII. SET NEXT MEETING
The next meeting was set for November 18, 2014, at 3:30 p.m.
