Housing Element Update - 2014 Recommended Action: The Planning Commission recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2014-005, adopting the Housing Element Update - 2014. The Planning Commission also recommends that the City Council introduce and place on first reading Ordinance Nos. 2014-02 and 03, adopting DCA13-00007 and SPLA13-00008, amending the City's Development Code and Main Street and Freeway Corridor Specific Plan regarding Emergency Shelters , Transitional/Supportive Housing and Single Room Occupancy Units.
