Warrant Run Report (City - Successor Agency - Housing Authority - Community Development Commission - Fire - Water) Recommended Action: It is recommended that the Council/Board ratify the warrant run and payroll report for the City, Successor Agency to the Hesperia Community Redevelopment Agency, Hesperia Housing Authority, Community Development Commission, Fire District, and Water District. PUBLIC HEARING - City Council 6. Housing Element Update - 2014 Recommended Action: The Planning Commission recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2014-005, adopting the Housing Element Update - 2014. The Planning Commission also recommends that the City Council introduce and place on first reading Ordinance Nos. 2014-02 and 03, adopting DCA13-00007 and SPLA13-00008, amending the City's Development Code and Main Street and Freeway Corridor Specific Plan regarding Emergency Shelters , Transitional/Supportive Housing and Single Room Occupancy Units.
