Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the City Council approve the Draft Minutes from the
Regular Meeting held Tuesday, January 21, 2014.

2. Warrant Run Report (City - Successor Agency - Housing Authority -

Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Council/Board ratify the warrant run and payroll
report for the City, Successor Agency to the Hesperia Community
Redevelopment Agency, Hesperia Housing Authority, Community Development
Commission, Fire District, and Water District.

3. Approve Amendment to Microsoft Enterprise Agreement with Microsoft
Recommended Action:

It is recommended that the CIty Council approve an Amendment to the
Enterprise Agreement (EA) between the City and Microsoft Corporation,
increasing the contract amount by $20,000, and authorize the City Manager to
execute the Amendment.

4. Update to City of Hesperia Display Advertising Program
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution 2014-06, updating
the Display Advertising Program.

WAIVE READING OF ORDINANCES
Approve the reading by title of all ordinances and declare that said titles which appear on the public agenda shall
be determined to have been read by title and further reading waived.
5. Consideration of Specific Plan Amendment SPLA13 00007 to change
approximately 1 acre within the Main Street and Freeway Corridor Specific
Plan from Public/Institutional Overlay (PIO) to Neighborhood Commercial (NC)
at 16656 Yucca Street and a parcel to the west (Applicant: Zamin, LLC; APNs:
0410 141 16 & 54)
Recommended Action:
Place on second reading and adopt by title waiving the text of Ordinance No.
2014 01 approving Specific Plan Amendment SPLA13 00007 to change
approximately 1 acre within the Main Street and Freeway Corridor Specific
Plan from Public/Institutional Overlay (PIO) to Neighborhood Commercial (NC)
at 16656 Yucca Street and a parcel to the west (Applicant: Zamin, LLC; APNs:

6. Housing Element Update - 2014
Recommended Action:
The Planning Commission recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution
No. 2014-005, adopting the Housing Element Update - 2014. The Planning
Commission also recommends that the City Council introduce and place on
first reading Ordinance Nos. 2014-02 and 03, adopting DCA13-00007 and
SPLA13-00008, amending the City's Development Code and Main Street and
Freeway Corridor Specific Plan regarding Emergency Shelters ,
Transitional/Supportive Housing and Single Room Occupancy Units.
