2. Warrant Run Report (City - Successor Agency - Housing Authority -

Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Council/Board ratify the warrant run and payroll
report for the City, Successor Agency to the Hesperia Community
Redevelopment Agency, Hesperia Housing Authority, Community Development
Commission, Fire District, and Water District.

Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Council/Board accept the Treasurer’s Cash Report

Fire District, and Water District.

Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the City Council, Community Development
Commission, Hesperia Housing Authority Board, Hesperia Water District
Board, and Hesperia Fire Protection District Board receive and file the audited
Financial Statements for the Fiscal Year Ended June 30, 2013.

5. Purchase Camera Inspection Vehicle
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the City Council and Board of Directors of the Hesperia
Water District authorize the City Manager to execute a Purchase Requisition ,
thereby authorizing Plumbers Depot, Inc of Hawthorne, CA to provide a new
camera inspection vehicle to the City of Hesperia and Hesperia Water District
in the not-to-exceed amount of $188,136, including trade-in of the Water
District’s current camera truck.

6. Warehouse Piping and Materials Purchase
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Chairman and Board Members, Hesperia Water
District, authorize the City Manager to approve a one-time purchase from HD
Supply Waterworks, for RFB 2013-14-005 Piping and Materials (123.020), in
the not-to-exceed amount of $125, 611.

7. Designation of Voting Delegate and Alternate for Southern California
Association of Governments (SCAG)
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the City Council designate Mayor Pro Tem Eric
Schmidt as voting delegate to represent the City at the Southern California
Association of Governments (SCAG) Regional Conference and General
Assembly meeting to be held May 1 through May 2, 2014 in Indian Wells.

8. Hesperia Golf Course Operating and License Agreement

9. Amendment to the 2013-2014 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
One-Year Action Plan
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the City Council approve the Administrative
Amendment to the City's 2013-2014 CDBG One-Year Action Plan.

10. Extension of Tolling Agreement on McWatters Flooding Claim
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the City Council approve an agreement to continue to
toll the statute of limitations until September 20, 2014, on a flooding damage
claim filed by Curtis and Barbara McWatters. The agreement will allow
additional time for the City and the McWatters to pursue settlement
discussions and obtain appropriate appraisals.

Recommended Action:
Place on second reading and adopt by title waiving the text of Ordinance No .

12. Vacate certain Alleyway between 1st Avenue and Hesperia Road
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2014-015 to
vacate a certain alleyway lying between 1st Avenue and Hesperia Road as
described in attachments Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", and reserve a public
utility easement across said alleyway.
