Tolling Agreement for Potential Claim in Assessment District 91-1 Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council approve an agreement to toll the statute of limitations to October 15, 2014 for any claim that may be filed by Jeff Grismer, property owner in the Assessment District 91-1 (“District”). The agreement will allow additional time for the City and NBS to complete its closeout analysis. The agreement will also provide more time for both parties to discuss and assess the conditions of the District’s closeout .
