Amend Contract 2009-10-066 to Include Well 31 Repair Recommended Action: It is recommended that the Board Members of the Hesperia Water District authorize the City Manager to execute a contract amendment to Contract 2009-10-006 with Best Drilling and Pump, Inc. for an additional $9,835 for a not to exceed amount of $676,028. Community Facilities District (CFD) 94-01, Annexation 165 Recommended Action: It is recommended that the Fire District Board of Directors adopt Resolution HFPD 2014-01 admitting Annexation 165 (Panda Express) into the Community Facilities District (CFD) 94-01 and direct the Secretary of the Board to file the addition with the County Recorder. Tolling Agreement for Potential Claim in Assessment District 91-1 Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council approve an agreement to toll the statute of limitations to October 15, 2014 for any claim that may be filed by Jeff Grismer, property owner in the Assessment District 91-1 (“District”). The agreement will allow additional time for the City and NBS to complete its closeout analysis. The agreement will also provide more time for both parties to discuss and assess the conditions of the District’s closeout . Assignment of Water Rights from Lake Arrowhead Community Services District Recommended Action: It is recommended that the Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District authorize the assignment of free production allowance water in the Alto Subarea from Lake Arrowhead Community Services District in the amount of $139,655. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council introduce and place on first reading Ordinance No. 2014-08, approving Development Code Amendment DCA14-00003 amending the sign regulations to extend the use of promotional and special event signs for an additional year.
