Consideration of a Resolution opposing the North Peak Wind Project Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council consider Resolution No. 2014-053, opposing the construction of the North Peak Wind Project. Budget Amendment: Seller Mortgage Carry-Back Program Funding Recommended Action: It is recommended that the Commissioners of the Hesperia Housing Authority (HHA) adopt Resolution HHA 2014-14 amending the fiscal year 2014-15 budget in the amount of $500,000, and thereby funding the Seller Mortgage Carry-Back Program (SMCP) which shall be utilized to facilitate disposition of City of Hesperia (City)/HHA-owned properties.
