Recommended Action: It is recommended that the Commissioners of the Hesperia Housing Authority (HHA) adopt Resolution No. HHA 2014-015 approving the Purchase and Sale Agreement (PSA) by and between the HHA and Sobel Enterprises, Inc., (Developer) and authorizing the Executive Director and Deputy Executive Director to execute all documents necessary to consummate this transaction. The purpose of the addendum is to extend the deadline by which the McWatters must vacate the property.
