Consideration of Replacement Copiers Purchase City of Hesperia Page 4 Printed on 12/10/2014 City Council Meeting Agenda December 16, 2014 Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council amend the Fiscal Year (FY) 2014-2015 Budget for $117,440, and authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Toshiba Business Solutions for an amount up to $ 249,356 for the purchase replacement of the City’s copiers and a five-year maintenance agreement.
