Increase Purchase Order with Vulcan Materials Company for Fiscal Year 2014-15 Paving Demands Recommended Action: It is recommended that the Hesperia Water District Board of Directors authorize the City Manager to execute an increase to Purchase Order 2015-00000002 in the amount of $20,000 for purchase of cold mix and asphalt for the repair of City streets resulting in the total not-to-exceed amount of $65,000. Approval of Amended Long Range Property Management Plan Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council acting as the Successor Agency to the former Hesperia Community Redevelopment Agency (HCRA) adopt Resolution No. SA 2015-01 approving the Amended Long Range Property Management Plan (A-LRPMP) pursuant to Health & Safety Code §34191.5, and authorize its submittal to the Oversight Board.
