Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Council/Board ratify the warrant run and payroll
report for the City, Successor Agency to the Hesperia Community
Redevelopment Agency, Hesperia Housing Authority, Community
Development Commission, Fire District, and Water District.

Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Council/Board accept the Treasurer’s Cash Report
for the City, Successor Agency to the Hesperia Community Redevelopment

Fire District, and Water District.

4. Amendment to Professional Services Agreement with Client Advantage Group
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the City Council approve an amendment to the contract
with Client Advantage Group, LLC in the amount of $62,273.

5. Real Property Purchase and Sale Agreement - APN 0405-383-17
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District
(HWD) adopt Resolution No. HWD 2015-03: (i) approving the “Agreement For
The Purchase And Sale Of Real Property And Joint Escrow Instructions”
(Agreement) by and between the HWD (Seller) and the County of San
Bernardino County Service Area 70, Zone J (Buyer); and (ii) authorizing the
General Manager to execute all documents necessary to consummate the
transaction.

PUBLIC HEARING
6. Continuation of an appeal (APP14-00002) of the Planning Commission's
decision to deny Revised Tentative Tract TTR14-00001; Applicant: Frontier
Communities; APNs: 0405-042-07 & 08
Recommended Action:
At the request of the applicant, this item was continued from the City Council
meeting of January 20, 2015. Frontier Communities has requested a second
continuance (see attached request). Staff has no objection to this request, and
recommends that this item be continued to April 21, 2015.

Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Fiscal Year 2014-15 Mid-Year Budget Review be
received and filed and the related following resolutions, which amend the
respective Fiscal Year 2014-15 Budgets for the City of Hesperia, Community
Development Commission, Hesperia Fire Protection District, and Hesperia
Water District be approved:

8. Support of Victor Valley College Foundation Hall of Fame Celebration
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the City Council provide direction to staff on supporting
the 2015 Victor Valley College Foundation (VVCF) Hall of Fame Celebration
and whether this level of support should be added to future City Council
division budgets.
