Real Property Purchase and Sale Agreement - APN 0405-383-17 Recommended Action: It is recommended that the Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District (HWD) adopt Resolution No. HWD 2015-03: (i) approving the “Agreement For The Purchase And Sale Of Real Property And Joint Escrow Instructions” (Agreement) by and between the HWD (Seller) and the County of San Bernardino County Service Area 70, Zone J (Buyer); and (ii) authorizing the General Manager to execute all documents necessary to consummate the transaction. PUBLIC HEARING 6. Continuation of an appeal (APP14-00002) of the Planning Commission's decision to deny Revised Tentative Tract TTR14-00001; Applicant: Frontier Communities; APNs: 0405-042-07 & 08 Recommended Action: At the request of the applicant, this item was continued from the City Council meeting of January 20, 2015. Frontier Communities has requested a second continuance (see attached request). Staff has no objection to this request, and recommends that this item be continued to April 21, 2015.
