Consideration of the Draft Minutes from the Regular Meeting held Tuesday, February 17, 2015 Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council approve the Draft Minutes from the Regular Meeting held Tuesday, February 17, 2015. Warrant Run Report (City - Successor Agency - Housing Authority - Community Development Commission - Fire - Water) Recommended Action: It is recommended that the Council/Board ratify the warrant run and payroll report for the City, Successor Agency to the Hesperia Community Redevelopment Agency, Hesperia Housing Authority, Community Development Commission, Fire District, and Water District. Rescind and Re-Award Contract for Warehouse Commodity: Brass, Piping, and Hydrant Materials Recommended Action: It is recommended that the Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District rescind the FY 2014-15 contract with the lowest bidder Ferguson Waterworks for piping and materials for water operations and Pipeline Division replacement program in the not-to-exceed amount of $270,229 and award the contract to Inland Water Works who at the time was the second lowest responsible/responsive bidder with the bid amount of $281,439. However, since the contract term is only for the remainder of the fiscal year, staff is requesting that the Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District authorize the City Manager to execute a contract in the amount of $160,434.
