2. Warrant Run Report (City - Successor Agency - Housing Authority -

Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Council/Board ratify the warrant run and payroll
report for the City, Successor Agency to the Hesperia Community
Redevelopment Agency, Hesperia Housing Authority, Community
Development Commission, Fire District, and Water District.

3. Treasurer’s Cash Report for the period ended May 31, 2015
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Council/Board accept the Treasurer’s Cash Report
for the City, Successor Agency to the Hesperia Community Redevelopment
Agency, Hesperia Housing Authority, Community Development Commission,
Fire District, and Water District.

4. Annual Community Facilities District No. 94-01 Special Tax Levy
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Hesperia Fire Protection District Board of Directors
adopt Resolution No. HFPD 2015-12, authorizing the levy of a special tax for
Community Facilities District (CFD) No. 94-01 and request that San Bernardino
County place the levy on the tax rolls for FY 2015-16.

5. Warehouse Commodity - Hydrants, Brass and Pipe Materials
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Hesperia Water District Board Members authorize
the City Manager to approve a contract for FY 2015-16 to purchase Hydrants,
Brass, and Pipe Materials for water operations and Pipeline Division
replacement program in the not-to-exceed amount of $255,456.

6. Warehouse Commodity - Mueller Parts
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Hesperia Water District Board Members authorize
the City Manager to approve a contract for FY 2015-16 to purchase Mueller
Parts, for the Water Operations and Pipeline Division replacement program in
the not-to-exceed amount of $108,305.

7. Special Assessment of Enforcement and Abatement Costs

Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the City Council approve Resolution No. 2015-30,
confirming parcels of land upon which enforcement and abatement costs
remain, and Resolution No. 2015-31, requesting that San Bernardino County
place the unpaid enforcement and abatement costs on the property tax rolls.

8. Choiceana Properties Agreement for Purchase and Sale
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Mayor and Council Members approve an
Agreement for Purchase and Sale with the Hesperia Recreation and Park
District (HRPD) for real property identified as 11215 Choiceana Avenue, and
Assessor Parcel Nos. 0399-011-37, -41, -42, -43, and -44.

9. Audit Services for FY 2014-15
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the City of Hesperia, Successor Agency to the
Redevelopment Agency, Hesperia Housing Authority, Community
Development Commission, Hesperia Fire Protection District, and Hesperia
Water District Council/Boards/Commissions enter into a Professional Services
Agreement with independent certified public accountants firm White Nelson
Diehl Evans LLP, in the amount of $89,600 for performing the audit of the City
and its component units, for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2015, as well as
additional required State reporting for the year ended June 30, 2015.

11. Single-serve Alcohol Sales Ordinance
Recommended Action:
Place on second reading and adopt by title waiving the text of Ordinance No .
2015-04, prohibiting the sale of single-serve alcoholic beverages for off-site
consumption and declaring the same a public nuisance.

14. Designation of Voting Delegate and Alternates for League of CA Cities
Conference
Recommended Action:
It is recommended the City Council designate a voting delegate and alternates
to represent the City of Hesperia at the General Business meeting to be held
during the League of California Cities annual conference September 30
through October 2, 2015 in San Jose.

15. Ad Hoc Committee - City Manager Recruitment
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the City Council provide direction on the establishment
of an Ad Hoc Committee to assist in the City Manager recruitment process
and, if established, appoint two Council Members to participate on the
Committee.
