Annual Community Facilities District No. 94-01 Special Tax Levy Recommended Action: It is recommended that the Hesperia Fire Protection District Board of Directors adopt Resolution No. HFPD 2015-12, authorizing the levy of a special tax for Community Facilities District (CFD) No. 94-01 and request that San Bernardino County place the levy on the tax rolls for FY 2015-16. Warehouse Commodity - Hydrants, Brass and Pipe Materials Recommended Action: It is recommended that the Hesperia Water District Board Members authorize the City Manager to approve a contract for FY 2015-16 to purchase Hydrants, Brass, and Pipe Materials for water operations and Pipeline Division replacement program in the not-to-exceed amount of $255,456. Warehouse Commodity - Mueller Parts Recommended Action: It is recommended that the Hesperia Water District Board Members authorize the City Manager to approve a contract for FY 2015-16 to purchase Mueller Parts, for the Water Operations and Pipeline Division replacement program in the not-to-exceed amount of $108,305.
