Tapestry Specific Plan Project Recommended Action: The Planning Commission recommends that the City Council 1) adopt Resolution No. 2015-42, to certify the Environmental Impact Report as complete and final, adopt the statement of facts and findings and the statement of overriding considerations and adopt the mitigation monitoring and reporting program; 2) introduce and place on first reading Ordinance No. 2015-10, to adopt the Tapestry Specific Plan and 3) adopt Resolution Nos. 2015-44, 48 and 49, to approve three tentative tract maps, TT-18985, TT-18989 and TT-18955.
