Consideration of Memorandum of Understanding with Hesperia Chamber of Commerce for Hesperia 2034 Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council provide direction to staff on a proposed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Hesperia Chamber of Commerce for Hesperia 2034, a community visioning project. Authorize the City Manager to enter into a contract with a demographic consultant to assist with the process of establishing Council district boundaries.
