PUBLIC HEARING 11. Continuation of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) One-Year Action Plan (2016-2017) Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council conduct a public hearing and upon accepting public testimony: (1) Adopt Resolution No. 2016-007 approving the Program Year (PY) 2016-2017 One-Year Action Plan funding as recommended by the City Council Advisory Committee (CCAC) including any modifications or amendments thereto by the City Council; (2) Authorize staff to submit the Action Plan based upon the Council’s direction; and (3) Authorize the City Manager to execute and transmit all necessary documents, including the adopted PY 2016-2017 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Action Plan and any amendments, to assure the City’s timely receipt of CDBG funding.
