No. 8087) Recommended Action: It is recommended that the Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District award a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) to The Solis Group in the amount of $65,784 plus a contingency amount of $6,500 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $72,284 for Professional Labor Compliance Services for the District’s Reclaimed Water System Project (C.O. No. 8087), and authorize the City Manager to execute said agreement. Program Year 2015-2016 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council conduct a public hearing and upon accepting public testimony: 1) Approve the Program Year 2015-2016 CAPER; and 2) Authorize the City Manager or his designee to submit the Program Year 2015-2016 CAPER to HUD, along with any public testimony and changes thereto as directed by the City Council.
