Award Contract for Roofing Replacement & Repairs and Adopt Joint Resolution 2016-037, HFPD 2016-012, and HWD 2016-013 Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council, the Board of Directors of the Hesperia Fire Protection District, and the Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District (Council/Boards) award the construction contract for Roofing Replacement & Repairs to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, R&R Roofing for the bid amount of $388,600; approve a contingency in the amount of $38,400 for a total construction budget of $427,000; approve the design of the project represented by the specifications; authorize the City Manager to execute the contract and that the Council/Boards adopt Joint Resolution 2016-037, HFPD 2016-012, and HWD 2016-013 amending the Fiscal Year 2016-17 Budget by appropriating additional funding to the Roofing Replacement & Repairs Project. Adopt Resolution HWD 2016-020 and Authorize Payment to the San Bernardino Associated Governments (SANBAG) Recommended Action: It is recommended that the Board of Directors Adopt Resolution No. HWD 2016-020 and authorize the payment of $432,760 to the San Bernardino Associated Governments (SANBAG) as reimbursement for wastewater facilities constructed as a part of the Ranchero Road & I-15 Interchange Project. (C.O. No. 7086). Permanent Water Rights Purchase from Carron Abbott Recommended Action: It is recommended that the Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District authorize the purchase of 12 acre-feet of permanent Base Annual Production water right in the Alto Subarea from Carron Abbott at $4,300 per acre-foot, for a total amount of $51,600; and authorize the City Manager to execute any related documents. Parcel Map 19690 Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2016-053 approving Parcel Map No. 19690 to create three parcels from 78.83 gross acres within the RC, CIBP, and LDR Zones of the Main Street and Freeway Corridor Specific Plan located on the northwest corner of Main Street and Mesa Linda Avenue (APNs: 3064-441-01, 3064-441-02, 3064-441-03, and 3064-441-04).
