Mr. Wan presented his report. No motion was made due to lack of physical quorum. 4-Invoice Approval-Burgess Chamber & Associates Inc. Due to lack of physical quorum, no motion was made. 5-Unfinished Business No unfinished business. 6-New Business Discussion and possible approval of budget for fiscal year 2021 Due to lack of quorum, no motion or discussion was made. Discussion on GRS Engagement Letter Due to lack of physical quorum, no motion was made. Discussion and possible approval to waive the distribution of annual affidavits to retired elected officers due to COVID-19. Due to lack of physical quorum, no motion was made. Discussion of Meeting Dates for 2021 Due to lack of quorum, no motion or discussion was made.
