Roll Call REPORT: Brigette Leal, Office of the City Clerk called the roll with the following Board Members present: O Chair, Mr. John Ulloa O Vice-Chair, Ms. Katrina Rey O Board Member, Mr. Ferny Coipel O REPORT: The following Board Member was absent: • Board Member, Mr. Paul Pantoja • Board Member, Ms. Annie Reatha Johnson II. Agenda Items A. Request permission to approve the minutes of the Historic Preservation Board held on October 21, 2020. APPROVED 3-0-2 with Board Members Johnson and Pantoja absent. RESOLUTION NO. 2021-001 REPORT: Motion to approve Item A made by Board Member Rey and seconded by Board Member Coipel. Motion passed 3-0-2 with Board Members Johnson and Pantoja absent.  B. Request permission to approve the naming of West 16th Avenue from West 44th Place to West 60th Street as “President Alvaro Uribe Velez Way”. APPROVED 3-0-2 with Board Members Johnson and Pantoja absent. RESOLUTION NO. 2021-002 REPORT: Mayor Hernandez addressed the Board on this item. REPORT: Motion to approve Item B made by Board Member Coupel and seconded by Board Member Ulloa. Motion passed 2-1-2 with Board Member Rey voting “No” and Board Members Johnson and Pantoja absent. C. Request permission to approve the naming of West 18th Lane Drive from West 18th Lane to West 84th Street as “Dr. Jorge and Carlos Vallejo Way”. APPROVED 3-0-2 with Board Members Johnson and Pantoja absent. RESOLUTION NO. 2021-003 REPORT: Mayor Hernandez addressed the Board on this item. REPORT: Motion to approve Item C made by Board Member Coipel and seconded by Board Member Rey. Motion passed 3-0-2 with Board Members Johnson and Pantoja absent. D. Request permission to approve the naming of West 41th Street from West 16th Avenue to West 18th Avenue as “Renan Esteban Delgado Way”. APPROVED 3-0-2 with Board Members Johnson and Pantoja absent. RESOLUTION NO. 2021-004 REPORT: Motion to approve Item D made by Board Member Rey and seconded by Board Member Coipel. Motion passed 3-0-2 with Board Members Johnson and Pantoja absent. III.
